Twenty years ago, men's underwear looked very different.

If you wanted premium comfort, support and enhancement, there weren't many options. Men's underwear was largely practical and uninspiring, while women had products designed to help them look and feel their best.

We believed men deserved better.

We weren't interested in following trends. We wanted to create something entirely new.

So in 2006, we launched Cocksox with a single product - the CX01 Underwear Brief. There was no website, no major marketing campaign and no flashy launch. We listed it on eBay and waited to see what would happen.

The CX01 was designed to do something different for men. Its uplifting pouch design naturally enhances and supports the male form without the need for rings, slings or separate compartments - just smart design delivering exceptional comfort and confidence.

What happened next proved us right.

The first customers immediately came back asking when they could buy more. It was clear that there were men around the world looking for exactly what we had set out to create - underwear that delivered comfort, support and enhancement without compromise.

Twenty years later, the principles remain unchanged.

Every pouch design, every fabric and every collection that has followed has been driven by the same simple idea: to give men a better option than the one that existed before.

To mark this special anniversary, we're sharing some of the milestones, innovations and stories that have shaped Cocksox over the past two decades.
