Check Your Order Status

If you have placed an order with Cocksox™ and you want to know the current status
of that order, enter the billing email address you entered when you ordered, as well
as the order ID that was emailed to you when you completed your order. You will then
be shown the details of your order.

Billing Email Address:
Order ID:

In the left corner of your order status page you will notice one of the following:

Order Status: Received
Your order has been received & is awaiting processing

Order Status: In Progress
Your order is being processed

Order Status: Completed
Your order is complete and has been shipped

Order Status: Part Ship
Your order has been part shipped due to one or more items being out of stock

Order Status: Hold
Your order has been placed on hold

Order Status: Cancel
Your order has been cancelled

Order Status: Payment Declined
Your payment has been declined


On the bottom of the page will be the date when your order was sent, any additional info & a tracking number if applicable.

Please note we can not provide a tracking number for orders sent via regular post. We can only provide these for EMS International Courier & Express Post Austraila.
